Attendant was friendly, but property generally felt unsafe. The room smelled like cigarette smoke, and was somewhat dirty.

The software listed the motel to less than 40 miles from my location at Rainier National Park Paradise. The actual distance was 76 miles. The property is near the industrial port of Tacoma and a truck stop. The adjacent business were boarded up. We did not check in and drove the 2.5 hrs back home.

I called the hotel to see if they had any room available and if so what would the cost be? The guy on the phone told me that it was $110 for the room plus a $20 deposit. I sent my boyfriend there because he would be arriving first and when he got checked in he called me and asked me what the dude said it would cost. Well the worker decided to charge my boyfriend $130 for the room and then another $20 for the deposit equaling $150 when it only been about 20 minutes since I talked to the guy! I don't understand why it would all of a sudden change in price when I literally just pretty much got off the phone with them! And then ask for a refund for the extra amount he charged my boyfriend and he told me that he never said it was going to be a total of $130 for the room. Of course they won't give me a refund either considering I'm so irritable I don't even want to stay there anymore so I get to pay extra money to stay at a hotel that I don't even want to stay at anymore! If I was going to pay that much for a room I would have went to a nicer hotel! The room shouldn't cost any more than $100 with the way that it looks and that's even pushing it! My advice is don't even take the chance of staying here you can't believe anything they say

It was a place to sleep. Otherwise it felt super shady. Broken tiles in the room. Holes in the sheets...my feet vere dirty from walking barefoot.

The owners are super compassionate kind people and the place is decent for a lower budget hotel i juat didnt like the random small bugs in the room

The property is older and needs a complete overhaul. I did not feel safe. The shower was barely tepid and definitely not warm or hot. The room was overheated, and there was no way to cool it down since I couldn't get the AC to come on. No thermostat. No coathangers. The tiniest bars of soap I ever have seen (and TINY is the operative word). They weren't even big enough for a child, let alone an adult. I will never stay here again, and I would recommend that ******* take this property off their list.

Disgusting, bugs in room. Nasty bedding. Never again!!

It was great. The fans were loud 👌
