The hotel is beautiful. Staff friendly. Rooms nice. Restaurant had great food. The only problem was shower door swings inside and blocks shower handle. I could not get warm water. Had to get wet and water was cold to try to adjust. Gave up.

Very well kept and nice hotel to stay at. Decorations for Christmas was beautiful. Easy walk to restaurants and shops downtown, but they also had a shuttle available.

Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Parking is limited off site, but valet parking was available.
The only thing that could have been improved is using hypoallergenic laundry detergent on the sheets, but that may have been special request.
Also the check-out time on the ******* website was listed at 1200 noon, while the actual check-out was at 1100.

Beautiful place. Still has the new smell! Loved the holiday decorations too. And very affordable. Valet was great!

The hotel is immaculate and service was efficient and friendly. Rooms were very clean and spacious. We spent some time at the hotel bar and Rachel was exceptional. Highly recommend.

We love the Hancock Hotel in Findlay. When we visit family in the area (we're from Texas), the Hancock is a wonderful home away from home. They take care of everything, and make your stay relaxing and renewing. There are only two places I would love to see improvements: a discount at Mancy's for hotel guests, and some additional equipment in the fitness center. Everything else is wonderful. We'll always stay here when we travel up to Ohio.

Festive Christmas decor and cozy fireplace in the lobby welcome us "home". We enjoy staying here every Christmas when we visit our nephew's family!

Beautiful property. Stunning decor at every turn. Very clean, staff was accommodating and nice amenities. I will definitely be returning!
