Die Aussicht

What a great family run hotel. It’s super clean, the food is fantastic, the rooms are spacious and clean. The view from the hotel is exceptional. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We had the wellness room, it was great to have a sauna in the room - what a great treat. We had a great experience.

This is a wonderful family-run hotel, where nothing is too much trouble - even arranging flowers for our wedding anniversary! The family and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely double room with views down the valley towards Mayrhofen - the hotel certainly deserves its name - The View! There is an extensive buffet breakfast with a choice of freshly-prepared egg dishes available - a great start to a day's skiing. In the evening we were treated to a delicious 5 course dinner with a different main and dessert every day. The restaurant and bar staff were very attentive and friendly and particularly helpful in recommending suitable Austrian wines. The hotel has its own ski hire shop and can issue lift passes. Each bedroom has its own heated ski locker with storage for boots, helmets and skis. Although it is a short walk from the village, there is a frequent minibus from the hotel to the lift station, which only takes a couple of minutes. This was the first time that the 6 of us had skied together and we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and are looking forward to returning to this great hotel.

We stayed for a weeks holiday. We had an absolutely fantastic time - really recommend it! Wonderfully comfortable and newly-renovated bedrooms (with underfloor heating in bathroom), excellent food (but the hotel were very amenable to making you whatever you want if you want to go off the menu), extensive and comfortable spa. We particularly liked that the hotel can organise a ski pass for you and ski rental is on site making this extremely easy. This hotel is equally good for children, couples, and adults and caters equally for all of them. Bernard and Veronica, the hotel’s owners, bring a family feel to the running of the hotel and provide exceptional service. Nothing is too much trouble or effort. Lastly, you get exceptional value from this hotel, far outstripping the competition in the region.

Everything was just perfect - nice room, extremely polite staff, perfect and healthy cusisine. Hotel is very close to We will definitelly come back this or next year. Loved the wellness as well. Fantasctic.

This was our third stay at this hotel! The Kröll family is very nice, and make your stay very pleasant. The hotel is in good position, rooms are nice and clean, the staff is very professional. The food is high quality, a lot of choice for everyone. The ski bus stops right at the hotel. We highly recommend this hotel, and we will come back, when we are in the area.

Best staff so far. All the people around the hotel are very nice, friendly and helpful. Great food as well. The hotel itself is at a great place with beautiful view to the valley. And the surrounding mountains are awesome and full of activities for families with kids.

Wir waren für ein verlängertes, leider sehr verregnetes Wochenende im Zillertal. Bei der Ankunft (Hotelparkplätze in großer Anzahl vorhanden) wurden wir freundlich begrüßt, es wurde uns ein kurzer Überblick über das Hotel gegeben und uns eine Wanderbroschüre und Wanderkarte ausgehändigt. Unser Zimmer "Talblick" war eher klein, aber sehr sauber mit bequemen Bett und großem Balkon mit kleinem Tisch und Stühlen. Kühlschrank und Minibar vorhanden. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig - die Eierspeise wurde frisch vor unseren Augen zubereitet, und alle Angebote wurden bis zum Schluss nachgefüllt. Leider ist immer wieder eine Schlange beim Waffeleisen entstanden - die Waffeln haben Groß und Klein sehr gut geschmeckt. Das Abendessen bestand aus Buffet mit Salat, Antipasti und Suppen - ein großes Lob geht an die Suppen, diese schmecken exzellent. Auch hier wurde das Buffet immer wieder nachgefüllt. Hinsichtlich des Hauptgangs konnte man aus 3 Hauptgerichten wählen (Fleisch, Fisch, Vegetarisch). Der Nachtisch war für alle gleich (hier keine Auswahl). Geschmacklich sehr lecker - wobei das Steak für unseren Geschmack etwas zu dünn und damit etwas zu durchgebraten war. Der Spa Bereich ist klein, aber fein. Es gibt 2 Saunen und ein Dampfbad. Im Ruheraum sind 7 Liegen mit Wolldecken. Wir hatten kein Problem freie Liegen zu finden - wie das in der Hauptsaison ist, können wir nicht beurteilen. Weiterhin gibt es im Spa Bereich Tee, Wasser und eine kleine Snackbar. Das Hotel bietet zusätzlich einen Fitnessraum, ein Kinderspielzimmer und ein nachmittägliches Kuchenbuffet (in der Halbpension inbegriffen) an. Dies haben wir nicht genutzt, können es daher nicht beurteilen. Preislich ist es ein angemessenes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir kommen wieder - das nächste Mal bei Sonnenschein!
