This hotel has gone downhill. The toilet was not stable when sitting on it and it backed up every time it was flushed, then completely drained to the point of having no water in it whatsoever. I complained to the front desk and was told they didn't have a plunger and was offered no assistance in the matter. I literally had to pee in the bathtub!!! The tv was stuck on nickelodeon my entire stay. The remote worked but the channel would not change. When i tried the buttons on the tv, I got an error message. The microwave didn't work, there was a dirty towel on the back of the bathroom door and bottle caps and other garbage near the bed. I was told there were no other rooms available, which i do not believe based on the emptiness of the parking lot. I have stayed here numerous times but never will again!

Hotel was in a nice area easily accessible from the Interstate, unfortunately the indoor pool was not available because of a maintenance issue with the heater and circulation pumps. I was really looking forward to a nice swim. I purposely chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool. Room was very nice and clean and spacious.

Friendly staff but had to move rooms because our non-smoking room reaked of cigarettes. The 2nd room was near someone who was cooking forgein food with a terrible smell. Had to use towels to block off the door to keep it out. The sink leaked on the counter and the outlet didnt work. We left asap in the morning, but the breakfast was pretty decent in the am.

Nice place to stop at on way to OH. Had all the amenities I needed and was warm and quiet, to boot. Staff was helpful and polite.

The noise was terrible, people yelling and you can hear so many thing going on outside room.

Hotel was ok for the price. 1st room was extremely dusty, Tv didn't work, fridge needed to be defrosted. Moved to another room that was better.

The room
Lighting was dim/dark and one of the nightstands didn’t have a lamp. The television wasn’t a 52 inch screen as advertised (it was more like a 32 inch screen); and, the television didn’t work - the picture was frozen and the controls didn’t work.

There is nothing to like. The food service is awful because they did not keeping fill up the hot foods and other stuffs. We wait for at least 20 minutes to get the eggs and sausages. Unfriendly staff. The pool is not clean.
