It easy to access, walking distance for everything as the train station, shopping center and restaurants.

Basic rental apar**ent around FCO. The area is terrible, littered with trash and graffiti, it certainly looks unsafe. The building halls and elevator are really dirty. Finding parking is close to impossible. The apar**ent uses an electronic doorknob which is faulty. The apar**ent is large. Although not clean We found balls of hair in the shower and bedroom. Sheets were also dirty. A pitcher with water was moldy.

The property is not in a good area of Fiumicino. It is in a building in a run down mall with smashed windows and dirty sidewalks. The shower looks nice and renovated but there were hardly any hot water. We were looking for a one night stay in Fiumicino, this place is a 10 min ride from the nicer area by the beach. The price we paid was equal to a beautiful hotel we stayed in just a week before in the heart of Rome and the place just felt like a scam for our money. The lady that met us was nice and helpful but that was the only positive thing about the property.

This was a convenient stay for an early morning flight. I was contacted by the property owner upon booking to set up arrival time. She provided detailed directions for location, and parking, which were very helpful. She was even outside to greet me. This was a pleasant and comfortable option, and just what I needed for the next morning's flight. Thank you.

Good accommodations for the price. Convenient to airport and food/shopping as it sits within a pedestrian mall. Host was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is hard to find as all the buildings look alike and private roads prohibit taxi from dropping you off directly in front of the building.

Abbiamo preso una tripla...stanza molto ampia letto matrimoniale e un divano letto...ma ad una piazza e mezza quindi molto comodo e spazioso. Bagno molto ampio con tutto il necessario. Entrambe estremamente pulite. Vi era anche un bel balcone con sedie e tavolino. Assolutamente silenziosa. In stanza vi era tutto il necessario per poter fare un caffe un cappuccino o una tisana. Vi erano diverse merendine biscotti e fette biscottate ed anche dei stuzzichini salati e posate in acciaio. Nel frigo bar vi era acqua sia naturale che frizzante nonché latte e anche degli aperitivi analcolici (COMPRESI NEL PREZZO NON DA PAGARE A PARTE!!!!). Stanza dotata sia di termosifoni che di split (ma non ce n'era bisogno nonostante fosse una giornata fredda). E non è finita...all'entrata vi era altresì altre tisane un ciambellone buonissimo e fresco ed anche del limoncello fatto dalla signora. Per la Fiera è molto vicino e scendendo si trova un centro commerciale con grande supermercato casomai si avesse necessità di qualcosa. Poi c'è la Sig.ra Ilenia gentilissima, non presente, ma disponibilissima a qualsiasi necessità. Ci a seguito dal primo istante, dando indicazioni dettagliate anche con cartine e foto per raggiugere il B&B, fino alla nostra partenza. Consiglio questa struttura er chi avesse delle necessità in zona, ma soprattutto se si deve fare un concorso alla fiera di Roma, arrivando il giorno prima ci si riposa in assoluta tranquillità e non si ha il timore del traffico e di non arrivare in orario. Non aggiungo foto in quanto sarà una piacevole sorpresa trovare tutto ciò. La ringraziamo ancora di cuore ......e ci ha portato anche fortuna....... Massimo Nunzia e Martina

confortable, bien organisé et aménagé, air climatisé fonctionnait très bien, bonnes explications de la gestionnaire pour s'y rendre. Hôte attentionné. Hors de contrôle : très peu d'éclairage extérieur pour le quartier, donc plus ardu de s'y retrouver.
