英語話せない日本人でも安心して宿泊できると思います。同じ敷地内にレストランやガソリンスタンドもあるため便利です。まあ車で少し走れば何でもありますが。

Other guests at the hotel were extremely noisy throughout the night. Slamming doors, loud talking and laughing. I woke up at 4.30 in the morning to another guest talking loudly on her phone and that’s when I decided my stay was over. The hotel itself was great with great staff, but as far as somewhere to stay for a good nights sleep, I would not recommend.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nicely appointed. The bed was comfortable. Will definitely stay again when we’re are in the area.

The outside of the hotel looks eundown. It makes it appera unsafe.
However the bed is very comfortable and the rooms are warm. The bathroom was old looking but sufficient.
Theclerk desk clerk is very nice and professional. He is definitely a plus to the business.

Hotel property is well kept and well managed for the most part. My "complaint" is with fellow travelers who don't seem to understand that the primary purpose of a hotel room is to sleep, so it's helpful to keep noise level (talking, friends coming and knocking on the door and calling out) to a low level so others can sleep. There's a reason that the rooms have beds in them! That said, the clientele was generally not unruly and most were considerate. I recommend this hotel in general -just know that you may be subject to noisy neighbors.

What I liked about this hotel was that they took an old hotel and completely brought it into the current century. What a great restoration. Everything they chose was very nice regarding furniture, linens, bathroom fixtures, flooring, heating, etc. The sauna was a perk as well as the hot tub and fitness center. It was very clean except there was hair on the walls in the shower. We just stayed last night and the temperature was cold, so sound travels more easily, so we could hear the interstate, as we were on that side of the hotel. I would recommend if you are sensitive to noise, reserve on the opposite side of the hotel. I gave that feedback to the front desk and it was well received. The front desk was simply amazing. Funny, efficient, and knew what they were doing. Overall a great hotel, just the noise is my only complaint.

We enjoyed our stay, The facilities were nice and clean. The staff was friendly. My only complaint was not having an elevator to access the 2nd floor. Carrying the bags up the stairs was difficult. But, it is a nice place for the price.

We stayed for one night on our way through and will stay again on our way back home. The room was very renovated and new, very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The staff were very friendly at check in.

Favorite place to stay when I’m in Flagstaff for work! Even though there’s construction going on, they always make your stay comfortable and enjoyable! What a beautiful and wonderful place to stay.
