Hôtel Club Mmv le Flaine

Ah we loved this place! Food was excellent, as was the bar and the staff. We had a great holiday. It's a shame that the pack lunch isn't included in the all inclusive anymore, as we didn't always want to go back for lunch. Although lunch was amazing. So are the cocktails at the bar. There was one thing that ruined our holiday and I wish we'd taken a couple of reviews on here more seriously and maybe we could have avoided this. We all got norivirus. Went down with it one by one, which did mean we lost time on the slopes. I wish we'd used hand gel (which we had with us) before every meal and after. Lots of other families also had it. If there's been hand gel around he hotel and used more it might have stopped it spreading.

This was the first time we have stayed in a hotel on a skiing holiday previously having self catered and it was a revelation. The staff were brilliant, really friendly. The food was very good, breakfast, lunch and supper we were spoiled for choice. The Hotel itself a very interesting design from the 60's. Location in Flaine Forum was also perfect. We went during the French half term and the Hotel was full of families with small children which added to the entertainment. The staff were so good with them it was a joy to see. Will definitely be returning.

We stayed in a triple room which was modern and spotlessly clean. A bit of a squeeze for 3 adult men, but with a bit of a bed layout redesign, it was more than adequate. Food tasty, bar reasonably priced and entertainment staff fun and engaging. Not a fan of the Vegetarian night in the restaurant. Overall a good stay and I’d go back.

This hotel is in need of a serious refurbishment. The cleanliness in the dining room especially the window sills are very dusty, you could write your name on the dust. The choice of food is basic in my opinion. The housekeeping staff kept rooms clean however they need to clean behind curtains and doors. Bedding and towels (although some towels very thin and need replaced) clean. THE ONE AND ONLY LIFT IS VERY SLOW.

Great hotel, lovely staff, enough space in rooms for all the ski kit. Close to slopes, well located and really nice varied food. Enough choice for everyone with all bases covered. Well managed hotel by the fantastic attentive Julien. Lovely personal touch. Went with crystal and would definitely recommend this hotel for a skiing holiday. We had the extra bonus of a free AI upgrade as was the end of the season. Saved us a fortune. Nice central lounge area with games, pool table and kids entertainment. Just a nice and easy holiday.

We stayed as a family with two young children at Le Flaine for our first ski holiday. The hotel, resort and location were perfect. Collecting equipment was easy and very close to ski school and the lifts. I felt nervous before going about leaving the kids in ski school but felt none of that as soon as we dropped them off, they loved it and the ESF instructors were great, I looked forward to seeing how they had come on! My eldest even skied a little bit of red by the last day, the progress is amazing. The hotel itself was great, easy access to the boot room, afternoon tea, a great variety of food at all meal times and really did have a supportive team. They were always smiling and happy to help or have a chat about our day. The bar was social and lots of nice families to chat to, some who had first skied in Flaine when they were kids. We couldn’t have asked for more. The rooms were decent, the bunk beds really worked for our two and it gave us a little space. It is warm at night but we had the door open so didn’t feel too hot after the first night. All in all an amazing time. Thank you.
