Greet Hotel Bordeaux Floirac Arena

Great hotel, clean and comfortable. Beds were great but pillows were a little bit on the thin side. Staff were very helpful even though their English were not perfect but was able to sufficiently communicate. Breakfast was good although there were not a great choice. Coffee was amazing even though it was from a machine. They have a freshly squeezed orange juice machine that made the best orange juice ever. They have a comfortable area for sitting around to watch tv or having a chat with fry. A good , clean hotel that would be recommended.

Room was basic but size was fine and it was clean! Well appointed for the price. Breakfast is good, but no bacon. Need sliced bread for toast, which is an easy improvement to make! Better jams would also help. Good parking with EV chargers and pleasant staff.

We stopped here on our way to Spain from the UK. The hotel is brilliantly decorated: from the front desk to the rooms in Pop Art style. Our 10 year old loved it and so did our pug! Super friendly staff. 10 minute walk from Auchan, a large supermarket where you can get fresh produce and everything you need. But there is also a McDonald's, 2 minute walk, if you prefer... Breakfast is amazing, with fresh orange juice, a range of coffees, eggs, prosciutto, cheese, fruit, and, of course, fantastic bread, croissants and pain aux chocolate. We loved the complimentary fresh lemonade, when arriving from a long journey in the middle of the heatwave. In a word, brilliant! We will be back, for sure!

I was concerned that the low price meant low quality. Not so. This hotel has a great vibe. They greet you with very good croissants and fresh juice. The rooms are a tad small, but you're not moving in. It feels similar to the Starwood brand "Aloft." One of the staff members was excellent. Recommended!

The hotel is being refurbished but it did not make a difference to our stay. We came back late after the concert and saw the coffee machine, the guy on night shift was very kind and gave us a cup of coffee, we had a pleasant chat. The room was refurbished but someone had already damaged the shower-room door. Speaking for myself I am not a fan of those big showerheads that everyone seems to be putting in but they did have a smaller one. A hand rail and somewhere to put your face wash etc would be good. I like that you have glasses and not paper cups on the sink, paper cups look cheap.

À l’entrée, chambre basique et pas de souci particulier. Vers 21h, je tire le rideau à la nuit tombée… et là…. Débarquement de punaises bruyantes et par douzaine ! Je descends à l’accueil et une dame me répond : « eh oui vous avez ouvert la fenêtre ! ». Nullement surprise, me précisant que les femmes de ménages ne les ouvrent pas car on est près de l’eau… très hygiénique au passage, jamais d’aération ! Bref… et bien sûr aucune autre chambre. Quant à la fenêtre, ben non en fait, je ne l’ai pas ouverte ! elles étaient déjà logées dans le rideau. Qqn devait monter… ça fait 3/4 d’heure, j’attends toujours… On me l’avait jamais faite celle-là 🤬🤬🤬

Este hotel es muy práctico, fuimos directo a el teniendo que parar en Burdeos. Lo que más apreciamos, la acogida la comodidad de sus camas y el desayuno. Además está muy cerca de un excelente restaurante para cenar. En coche no muy lejos del centro de Burdeos.

Personnel très agréable avec un très bon accueil . Hôtel très propre. Petit déjeuner est très copieux. Literie très bonne. Parking sécurisé. Ligne de bus juste à quelques pas qui vous amène au centre-ville de BORDEAUX, Cité du Vin… petit bémol manquerait une petit penderie dans la chambre . Autrement je recommande vivement cet hôtel qui est vraiment très bien .

Très bon accueil, bel établissement, de très bons services avec toutes les commodités à côté. Les chambres sont agréables, très propres, et pratiques. Très bonne isolation phonique. Un très bon petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix. Merci encore pour votre accueil.
