Black 5 Florence

Not at all what I was expecting: you literally only get an en-suite room with towels and the most basic toiletries that don’t get replenished during your stay. There’s no breakfast, no reception or housekeeping, which is a problem if you are about to go to bed and realise that the second bed in the room has 2 broken legs!! Of course no one was around to fix it so the first night I ended up having to share a bed with my teenage son after having paid for a quadruple room! - No refund or apology offered. In fact during a heated WhatsApp exchange in which I asked how it was possible for the staff who made the bed not to notice the broken legs, I received the following reply: ‘perhaps the bed wasn’t broken before’ (?!?!?!) The room was also boiling hot (couldn’t work out how to switch the heating off) and the toilet seat in the bathroom was unhinged. The location is super convenient but with that comes a lot of noise both from the street as well as the adjacent rooms. My son had a nose bleed during the 1st night and the staff didn’t even have the courtesy to change the bloody pillow case. If you have a question or need something, you have to WhatsApp Ivan because there is no one around mornings or evenings to assist; sometimes he replies, sometimes he doesn’t. The room wasn’t worth what we paid and looked nothing like the pictures online. What a rip off! 🥲

The best thing about this place is the location. Not easy to get to your room, up two old sets of stairs. Room has been updated nicely but the bathroom and shower needs improvements. Toilet seat lose from day one and not fixed. No place for soap and shampoo in the shower. Can't open the windows, no screens and the mosquitoes came in every night. This is not a B&B as it says on the website. No breakfast and no airport shuttle. The bed was nice.

Posto fantastico in postazione strategica ,Wi-Fi e vicinanze nelle maggiori piazze di Firenze ,alcune camere hanno la terrazzina che si affaccia su piazza santa croce ,ci torneremo appena rivisiteremo Firenze ..lo consiglierò al mio rientro

Très bel appartement situé en plein coeur de Florence, c'est très pratique pour se balader en ville ! L'appartement est bien agencé, très propre et la décoration est typique. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour très reposant. Nous reviendrons!

Stati a visitare Firenze per una settimana e L abbiamo passata in questa struttura ben situata nel centro storico,camera molto spaziosa e pulita ,garage molto vicino e i proprietari molto gentili,acqua e caffè inclusi ,un grazie per L ospitalità .

Camera molto bella e spaziosa ,molto pulita e ben arredata,molto vicina alle piazze piu importanti,abbiamo preso ina camera tripla ,il prezzo e giusto per la location,caffe e acqua sono inclusi ,straconsigliato per vacanza a firenze ,ci torneremo.

abbiamo preso una camera quadrupla perche eravamo in famiglia ,camera molto spaziosa con soppalco ,vicino alle piazze piu importante e proprietaria molto gentile,garage molto vicino alla struttura ,ci torneremo appena torneremo a firenze .

Postazione molta bella e vicino a tutte le piazze piu importanti,camera bella e spaziosa ,molto pulita e letti confortevoli .ottimo il rapporto qualita prezzo ,ci ritorneremo appena saremo a firenze.un grazie ai gestori catarina la proprietaria molto gentile.
