酒店招牌很小，不太好找，是在一棟居民樓裏，説是酒店，其實更想公寓，但是服務特別好，老闆人特別nice，夜班的小妹和小黑哥也都特別好，特別健談，特別親切，問什麼都耐心的給你講解，自己不知道的還特意上網幫你查，就特別可愛

Great place! Perfect location and an oasis of calm and quiet in the busy city. The rooms were small but well equipped and the staff was wonderful. We also appreciated the courtyard for enjoying a nightcap and the stars in the sky! Would definitely stay there again on our next trip to Florence!

A very nice place to stay in a very nice area in Florence. A bonus is the very nice Trattoria La Madia just across the street. The hotel is small with only 13 rooms. Breakfast is nice but rather basic.

The location is perfect for the first time visitors. It is five minutes walk to the train station and the famous Duomo museum. Also in 10 minutes walk to other hot areas like the academy gallery and Uffizi gallery. The front desk service was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast lady was super nice, cooking fresh eggs and pan cakes for us. The room is spacious, clean and very quiet. A small issue is we got mosquito bite for the first night. The check in office is on the second floor. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Located near the rail station, this hotel was absolutely lovely, with a nice staff and easy access to landmarks, restaurants and shopping.

Look no further than this hotel when looking for a place to stay in Florence. It is close to so many main attractions but my favorite thing was how comfortable and modern it was. You have great amenities in your room and the shower is spectacular! The breakfast options were great and delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a wonderful, boutique hotel and we loved our stay there in September. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Samuel, Dario and the young woman with the big, gorgeous smile (I can’t find my note with her name on it) gave us good recommendations. She in particular provided us with many recommendations (the Sophia Loren cocktail bar) and would not accept our offered tip. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices and we enjoyed having it outside in the courtyard. The outdoor space is very quiet and a nice feature of the hotel. The hotel is in a very convenient location too. We will stay here again in the future!

Our room was spacious, clean with lots of light. The bed was comfortable. The shower is fairly large compared to other places we've stayed in italy, so that was a big plus! The breakfast was basic, but good. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The location can't be beat! I would stay here again and highly recommend!
