Awesome people work there! We made a mistake and booked two appartments. Management worked with us to solve the issue quickly. Very good location central to everything. Everything was clean and nice. Would stay again! Thank you!

The location is unbeatable and a great find for the money for that aspect alone. The room was spacious (more like a little apartment) and would have been comfortable other than for the fact that it felt really dated and that noone has spent any money making the place feel newer/sharper or more comfortable in the past 50 years. When we went, there was some construction going on outside. I advise the owners to remodel the insider of the apartments and that will go a long way.

The beds needed a top sheet, the AC didn’t work, the elevator was shaky, and the parking was hard, but parking seems to be hard in all of the cities in Italy it was clean and had some charm but it was really hot in the room the one night we stayed.

The outside of the building explains it all. No staff was there when we arrived at 8pm. There is nothing “b&b” about this. This was not at all what is advertised on the website. Power went out. We cut our stay short.

The woman at reception was phenomenal, gave us a map of the city and circled what was key to see snd best local food. Room was clean and just what we needed. Location is perfect!

The property was in the middle of the town hall and the Ponte Vecchio. Excellent location from historic sites and restaurants
