Very clean and fresh place. All equipment at the place - there was nothing More you need. WiFi very good, breakfast full! Tram station about less than 200 meters so great localization. And the main star: the Host!! Lorenzo was very helpful and kind! This place should be rated as 4 star hotel not like BB! Very good price to quality level!

Excellent B&B. Everything very clean. My Economy Double Room was compact but was very well designed and had everything you would expect. Access to an outside balcony was unexpected and made the room feel spacious. Place very peaceful, good night's sleep in comfy bed! WiFi was very good. Air conditioning worked a treat! Very warm welcome and lots of help from the owners Lara and Lorenzo. Getting into and out of the B&B was very easy and the B&B is well situated close to a tram stop which I made my main way to get into and back from the city centre, a pretty quick trip. Very good breakfast to start the day. Will be booking again.

Very nice host, Lara was very helpful in giving us tips, helping us park the car and recommend things to visit. The breakfast was nice and we particularly appreciated the private bathroom in our room. The accomodation is located outside of the city centre but it's very easy and convenient to get to and from thanks to the team line just 5mn walk from the place.

I have made this my home for my last 2 trips to Florence. I have stayed in other places in the same neighborhood and this is my favorite. It is quiet and clean with nice size rooms for more than one person and super nice owners. Lara speaks English, French and Italian and is very accommodating and helpful. I hope to stay there for many years to come!

This is a beautiful place, owned and run by 2 really wonderful hosts. Lara and Lorenzo go out of their way to make sure your stay is perfect. This B & B is in a nice quiet location of Florence that is within walking distance to S,M. novella station and there is a tram pick up, drop off just one block away. I highly recommend for everyone.

Great little BnB a short tram ride from the city center. 2 min walk to the tram and less than 10 min to the city center and the train station. Super friendly owners, clean and nice rooms. I highly recommend this place you prefer a quieter neighborhood.

Very good B/B hotel. The check in was quick and easy. The property is Clean , comfortable and quiet. Amazing breakfast. Nice room and very good location. The owners are nice, always ready to help as needed it. We are very happy to stay there in Florence.

During the trip to Italy we stayed in 4 different hotels in 4 cities and this apartment was the best! It is the best place to stay in Florence. The location is very convenient: next to the house there is a tram stop that goes straight to the city center. The city center is also easily accessible on foot in 30 minutes. The apartment and the room itself are very large, bright and cozy. The room was clean and had all the amenities necessary for living. The terrace overlooking the mountains and the city amazed me to the core! I especially want to note the hospitality of Lara and Lorenzo. The hosts are always in touch, upon arrival they give you a map of the city and show you all the attractions. Moreover, every morning Lara prepares a delicious and varied breakfast for hotel guests. Lara, thank you, it was very tasty! On my next stay in Florence, I will definitely choose Lara and Lorenzo's apartment!

Great location and a short walk from the tram station. Excellent service, the staff were welcoming, super helpful and friendly. The beds were so comfortable. The room was very clean and comfortable. The food was great! Highly recommend!!
