개인적 사정으로 예약을 해놓고 취소를 못하여 이렇다할 리뷰를 할 수 없어 보통으로 합니다.

The property was under construction. The area was good and very close to city center and supermarket. It was difficult to find the place on google map.

Horrible not clean no available pillows limited towels. Noise until 20:30 in our door. Employee building a closet right by our door from 15:00 to 20:30 shower head broken. Bathroom’s door broken. TV not working. No available water or drink. Smells horrible. It was not clean at all. Electric and plumbing exposed. Elevator not working. You need to go up 3 floors by stairs with luggage. When elevator working only one person or two to use. Very dirt building. Reception was not nice or helpful. But a lot of sorry all the time but not effective. Others Guest complaints about not haven’t water for shower. Terrible place I will recommend to be out of there. Oh overthere was a construction around the area (not hotel fault but nevertheless nothing is done to minimize a bit of situation or advise you of anything, well if can call it a hotel very badly managed by amateurs, if expressed your disappointment the receptionist will yelling at you and expressing intimidating words toward you, also there no way to take our luggage near to hotel after you find a parking yourselves and dragging your luggage about 200-300 meters away because parking around is not permit only to local residents. And the construction make unbearable and dangerous to yourselves. Immediately find another hotel is my recommendation

Friendly staff, the elevator was 240 kilos max and showers were really bad. If it were a little cheaper, I’d have given it a 4.

Great water pressure and AC. Super convenient but also not loud or crowded. Friendly staff.

Very acceptable, would be nice to have a shelf in the shower for soap and shampoo

It is indeed an unusual property, a very old-fashioned, one-floor hotel on the third floor of a building which houses other businesses. For clients not accustomed to this type of family-run hotel, it can seem a bit unusual yet it common in many Italian cities.. The check-in is a man at a small desk, not a counter. There is then one corridor and the rooms. My room was very clean, quiet, very good air conditioning, great water pressure/shower, comfortable bed. The man at the desk, the proprietor was very nice and helpful. The building and facilities are old, to be clear. The location is at the edge of the historic center beyond Piazza San Marco, at Piazza Libertà, a well-car trafficked area. There are a few restaurants nearby. For clients wishing to stay in the more beautiful center, this hotel seems remote although is is only a 10-12 minute walk to Piazza Duomo on Via Cavour. It served my purposes of a 3-day stay for work. The wifi was typically weak but it functioned. The elevator is also old-fashioned, quite small, typical of old buildings in Italy In all, in spite of the slight strangeness of the place, it was a good stay with no problems. Thank you.

Our stay was overall very pleasant. Only one complaint: the windows are old and leaky so the room is quite cold when it's not summer and the there is a lot of noise coming from the road just outside.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel pour 3 nuits, il n'est pas incroyable mais fait l'affaire pour un séjour court. Les photos ne sont pas vraiment ressemblante, nous avons été déçu, l'hôtel est au 4e étage d'un immeuble, l'ascenseur fonctionne une fois sur 2 et n'accueil pas plus de deux personnes. L'hôtel se présente comme un couloir avec un enfilade de pièces, la chambre 20 est devant la porte, on entend tout ce qu'il se passe dedans en entrant. Beaucoup de choses ne vont pas : les volets sont cassés, la climatisation ne fonctionne pas, l'isolation sonore est inexistante (nous entendions tout dans l'hôtel et inversement) et les hôtes ne parlent ni l'anglais, ni l'espagnol ni le français. De plus, nous avons trouvé le lieu très cher pour ce que c'était, nous ne faisions qu'y dormir et se laver, je ne suis même pas certaine que la couette étaient propre, nous avons dormis sans. La chambre sentait le propre quand nous sommes arrivé, mais le dessous du lit était plein de poussière, pour un hôtel deux étoiles, je m'attendais à mieux. Les points positif de l'hôtel sont qu'il est proche du centre, les chambres sont spacieuse et il y avait un mini réfrigérateur, très pratique ! les gérants sont très sympathique même si nous ne parlions pas la même langue, toujours souriant ! il y a une jolie vue sur la ville, nous avions le couché de soleil le soir, magnifique. Pour un court séjour je recommande, mais pas plus de trois nuits, cherchez plutôt un airbnb.
