Live Florence Guest House

We booked this hotel for three nights, it was very difficult to find the location as there were no identifying signs, just a door and a bell. Very suspicious neighborhood. We called, knocked but no results. Finally the owner came at 3:30 pm. We asked what kind of service it was and how it was possible knowing that the customers would come not to be there. Instead of apologizing, he started yelling at us and said that he had the right to dinner and we should have warned him what time we would be there. I told him we were on the road and had no internet access. He said our problems and if we were not happy we could go back to our country. He was aggressive, unprofessional, threatened me that he wouldn't give me the keys at all. I didn't think twice, turned around and left. We rented another hotel. The website refunded our money.

In zona centrale, posizione eccellente. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Camera spaziosa per 4 persone, rifinita bene. Bagno pulito e di buona fattura. Letti comodi e confortevoli. Aria condizionata ben funzionanate in tutte e due le stanze, 2 televisori a schermo piatto. Frigo funzionante (molto utile specialmente col caldo che c'era), asciugacapelli, e su richiesta ferro da stiro e asse. La presenza dell'ascensore fa aumentare il punteggio (dopo aver macinato kilometri fa piacere). Wifi perfettamente funzionante. I ragazzi hanno apprezzato il Mcdonalds sotto casa. Buona colazione a Shake Cafè a due passi. Bravo e gentile il Sig. Stefano, promosso e raccomandato da noi che ci siamo trovati bene. Un arrivederci a Firenze, bellissima città.
