We stayed for 3 nights with our family of 4 in the Masaccio family room. What a great B&B to stay; top location in Firenze city centre in a quite street only 100 meters away from Piazza della Signoria, clean spacious room, great beds, everything you need! We specifically appreciated the warm welcome, helpfullness, kindness, and flexibility of Valentina at the reception desk. Also the breakfast served at Caffè Perseo in Piazza della Signoria is of great quality in typical Italian style. We loved it soo much sitting outside in the morning sun with that unbelievable view on the Piazza! Each morning we were warmly welcomed there by the super friendly Owner Manager, greatly appreciated! A well deserved 5 stars for B&B La Signoria di Firenze! We higly recommend, do not hesitate to book all of that for an acceptable reasonable price in the heart of beautiful Firenze.

Amazing little B&B in the very heart of Florence. Immaculately clean and beautifully decorated rooms. Service was amazing and the location can’t be beat. Incredibly quiet given the central location. As a plus due to Covid they are serving breakfast at one of the restaurants in the square right next to the hotel. Service there was also amazing as was the view. Will definitely stay here on my next trip.

Excellent location.
Friendly staff (especially Francesca) and owner.
Very clean & good value for money.
Breakfast bar closed due to Covid. Instead, we were allowed to use the owner's cafe in the square, just 30m away. This was an added bonus.

If you are looking for a quiet, clean, comfortable b&b at a central location, this place is perfect. We stayed in the family room with two kids. The room was big and the whole place is renovated recently. There is airco for hot summer nights, windows are isolated so there is no noise from the street. To maintain social distance, breakfast was served at the excellent cafe Perseo on the Piazza della Signoria. Be prepared the have an authentic Italian style breakfast on one of the main squares in the city! The B&B host Matteo helped is out finding a good parking spot for our car and pointed us to the best pizzeria in town. We had an amazing stay and will be back.

La posizione del B&B La Signoria di Firenze in Via Calimaruzza è strategica per raggiungere i luoghi di interesse in città, a due minuti a piedi rispettivamente da Piazza della Signoria e dal Mercato del Porcellino. La camera Masaccio è uno spazio accogliente, ristrutturato e curato, anche nel design degli interni e degli arredamenti. Sono presenti tutte le comodità necessarie. Colpiscono i soffitti altissimi d'epoca, che introducono subito all'atmosfera storica fiorentina. Un grazie alla gentilissima Signora Valentina per la disponibilità e per la professionalità. La colazione dolce, servita al bar Perseo in Piazza della Signoria, è abbondante e curata (caffetteria a scelta, brioches, pasticcini, tramezzini con marmellate a scelta, spremuta... con una menzione d'onore al gustoso cremino del Signor Giampiero). Grazie per l'accoglienza!

Perfetto sotto ogni puto di vista. La posizione è strategica, 2 minuti per arrivare agli Uffizi e 5 per il Duomo. La struttura è nuova, ben curata in ogni più piccolo particolare; malgrado sia in pieno centro con la relativa movida la camera è perfettamente insonorizzata. Un plauso particolare per Valentina che ci ha accolto con grande professionalità e ha saputo coccolarci durante il nostro soggiorno, essendo disponibile alle nostre richieste anche oltre l'orario lavorativo; a Gianpiero, proprietario, qui a casa ci manca la sua accoglienza al bar Perseo in piazza della Signoria per la colazione in cui scambiavamo le prime batture della giornata; ed infine, ma non per ultima, alla signora delle camere che ha sempre riordinato in maniera ineccepibile la nostra splendida stanza. Struttura assolutamente consigliata, non sempre si trovano delle persone piacevoli come loro.

Ho provato a chiedere alla struttura di cambiare date (nonostante ancora dovessero procedere all’addebito) a causa dell’allerta meteo che era stata emanata dalla Regione Toscana e quindi il timore delle conseguenze soprattutto con tutto quello che si sente ultimamente e considerato quanto poi successo effettivamente in Toscana. Non hanno nemmeno provato a venirci incontro nonostante avessimo chiesto di recuperare in altre date. Immagino non sia un problema loro ma in ogni caso ho trovato i proprietari poco ragionevoli ed arroganti in ogni loro risposta. Ci siamo trovati costretti a disdire (e menomale visto quanto accaduto) pagando la penale.
