Absolutely amazing. Surpassed all my expectations. The service was top notch and the location couldnt be better. The hotel is located in Piazza Di Signoria which is breath taking and a very short walk to shopping, the Uffizi museum, and tons of dining options. Would definitely stay there again!

So happy with our stay at La Casa del Garbo, location is the best, close to everything. View of Palazzo Vecchio and very close to Uffizi Gallery , shopping and great restaurants. My girlfriend and I had an amazing stay. The rooms are very generous in size, refrigerator, comfy bed, nice sized bathroom everything we needed for 6 days in Florence. It's a busy area and a little loud and no elevator but very small inconveniences for what you get. We will return!!

Beautiful property in a very convenient spot on the Piazza. We were very disappointed by the noise immediately below us, which made it impossible to sleep until late into the night. Loud disco music past midnight combined with shouting and partying characterized our experience on floor two, directly above the Gucci bar. Higher rooms probably do not have this problem, but the hotel was booked, so we were stuck. We notified the property manager, but they were unable to cure the problem and refused a refund, saying the issue was out of their control.

This accommodation is located right in the heart of Florence. The rooms are exquisite. They are tastefully decorated and spotless. The staff are extremely helpful and courteous. The breakfast is delicious. I would rate this at 12 out of 10 if possible

This small hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the old city We opted for a Junior suite which overlooked the main piazza The room was large fully furnished air conditioned with opening windows The room rate was very reasonable and included a breakfast delivered to the room The only slight negative was the two flights of stone stairs ( no elevator) but in a 19th century house you cannot expect every 21st century convenience. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Claudia and Ava are absolutely fabulous this is the 4th time I've stayed at this lovely B&B and i will certainly be back again next year.

Like, location.
Didn’t like that the pictures posted didn’t fit the reality, no one there to help you climb the 3 stories to get to the top room (more like 5 stories if you count the stairs) the shower pressure is horrible, no view at all from any of the windows, arrogant response from the owner even though it was a room for 5 she charged 90 euro more daily
