Nice hotel for the area. Clean. Non potable water. Bad restaurant service. Limited options. No cribs available for families

The hotel staff are respectful and the service is great. I received a clean room, nice city view, free parking, and additional hotel amenities. The breakfast that is served is also good. The only problem I had was 5he hot water. My entire stay I did not have hot water to shower. I called the lobby over 6 times regarding the hot water issue and I was told the problem would be fixed. The problem never was fixed. I had to take a cold shower a few times during my stay. I did not enjoy that. If the hotel staff want their customers to be happy and continue staying at the hotel they need to make sure all hotel guest receive hot water for showers.

me encantó este hotel. Me tocó una habitación inmensa, con jacussi. No pensé tener una habitación así. Quedé muy satisfecho, el personal es muy amable. El desayuno buffet no es muy variado, pero es suficiente y rico. La ubicación buena, en el centro de la ciudad. Vale absolutamente la pena.

La atención del personal fue muy buena, la habitación que tuve excelente, aunque el wifi llegaba un poco débil hasta mi habitación. Me gusto la piscina. Super recomendado.

Muy mal servicio y atención. Vengo una vez al mes por trabajo y mi empresa me hospeda acá, me ubicaron en una habitación que da a la calle, donde el ruido es infernal, se ilumina totalmente el interior de la habitación por el alumbrado de afuera, estoy pagando mas de 200mil pesos la noche y pido me ubiquen en otra habitación y me dicen que no porque se causaría mucho desorden con las habitaciones ya asignadas. Que falta de respeto con el huésped y que falta de consideración también habiendo habitaciones vacías no poder asignarle una así sea por una noche. Pesimo hotel y pésimo servicio

Pésimo todo el servicio, comida, atención al cliente y aseo. Nunca lo recomendaría. Es importante que cambien su gerencia y administración. Nunca volveremos a este hotel revisen, estamos por temas de trabajo en Florencia y no hay muchas opciones
