This is one of those hotels when you really are sorry to leave. We only stayed one night which was such a shame but what a wonderful stay we had. The quiet location is just something to enjoy. The staff were amazing. A lovely bar area a wonderful restaurant serving wonderful food. This was such a pleasure. Lovely garden area outside pool. This really is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Lots of secure parking.

Magnificent property with excellent staff, don’t miss an opportunity to experience this jewel! Can’t wait to return. Catered to our every need. Breakfast and dinner are fabulous and the wait staff are amazing. Only a few miles from the center of Carcassonne and the airport yet in a lovely rural setting.

We loved everything about this hotel. It is classic French in all respects, the chateau itself, the beautiful and large gardens, the incredibly spacious rooms, a lovely swimming pool area and a dining room serving delicious French cuisine at its finest. The staff were wonderful and our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer

This was our second visit and we stayed for two nights as we had so loved the hotel on our previous visit. Our reception by Karine and Virginie was extremely welcoming. We were offered a choice of rooms and selected the ‘tower’ bedroom with windows on all sides and no neighbours! The views were magical, the bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom well equipped. We were also able to take advantage of the amazing outdoor heated pool which is a tremendous facility in the lovely park in which the hotel is set. We ate in the restaurant on both evenings and enjoyed our meals and the local wines. My other half had the cassoulet on the second evening and declared it to be much better than the one he had last year at this hotel. On the first evening our meal was good, but some of the flavours were a bit overdone - our starter was possibly over spiced, so that the fish couldn’t really be detected. Overall we had another very positive experience and this was largely due to the charming and helpful staff and the lovely facilities.

A wonderful and peaceful hotel like an oasis. Staff were very welcoming and engaging. The food and service was excellent….. beautiful gardens and very historic…. Lovely views of the hills…. Would definitely return here. We highly recommend.

We waited 1h15 for any attention at table, after the order was taken, we had to ask, when dishes were presented to us, it was the main and not the starter, we had to ask for the water and the bread. The food was ok, but on a 52€ menu, the service was just terrible. No apology, and no effort to make any adjustment to the bill ( like offering the aperitif) Certainly won’t go back

Lovely hotel in Floure (20 mins from Carcassonne). Great location to base for our trip to Southern France. Staff were exceptional and made our stay all the more better. Great meals out on the patio. When dining out they made great suggestions and assisted with reservations. Lovely relaxed atmosphere in a stunning building. Will definitely return.

Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant Le site est très bien entretenu et très propre. Les chambres sont propres et bien décorées. Juste un bémol sur le mitigeur et la baignoire car nous aurions plus apprécié une douche. La piscine chauffée est un plus! Par contre la piscine intérieure n est que sur réservation et payante. Court de tennis gratuit et très agréable.

Un très bel endroit et des chambres magnifiques et un jardin à la française. Ainsi que le repas du soir qui était excellent et le service petit déjeuner parfait et très accueillant , petit bémol celui du service du soir au restaurant , peu professionnel et peu accueillant. .sinon un endroit a recommander . Endroit préservé et agréable. J'y reviendrai et conseillerai à mes proches . Au plaisir
