The Location Fattoria Santa Vittoria is located high on the hills of Valdichiana and surrounded by the estate’s very own vineyards – a perfect setting that enables you to visit the nearby town of Pozzo della Chiana and also taste some of the delicious, award-winning wine produced here at Santa Vittoria. The 18th Century farmhouse has been beautifully converted by the local Niccolai family who will ensure that you have a wonderful stay in this stunning part of Tuscany. The old farmhouse has been transformed into 5 very comfortable apartments which are located in the middle of the vineyards – the location could truly not be bettered! All of the original character has been kept and the apartments are furnished in a pretty country style in keeping with the period of the building. Each apartment has a separate area in the grounds with lawns that sweep down the hillside towards the inviting pool area. There are vines as far as the eye can see laid out in beautiful rows and can do nothing but tempt you to try the wine.
