This was the worst experience I have ever had. When I made the reservation it was for Friday night. It came up for Tuesday. I immediately tried to alter the dates. Trip.com tried to get the hotel to make the adjus**ent. They refused and now I out $88. It's a shame that they could not make the adjus**ent. Quality Inn hotels will never see my business again. And to top it off I have been a guest privilege member for over 20 years.

Front desk was helpful. However - the rooms were dirty. The floors were laminate and one would think they would be easier to keep clean. This was not the case. After getting cleaned up for the evening and walking from the bathroom to the bed my feet were black. As well as those who were with me. I created a path from the bathroom to the bed with towels so our feet would not get dirty again.
There was an odor ********* on the property and in the hotel in places. The air freshener was so strong it gave you a headache.
The entry looks nice but the carpets are very dirty. There was white particles around the door. The bed covers had bleach marks or something on them.
Also the pool was down which is the main reason I chose to stay at this hotel.
Also checked out the weight room - it left much to be desired.

Went well. Hotel wanted to charge $148 instead of the agreed upon $132, but they ended up agreeing to $133.

Whirlpool hot tub in room was dirty and did not work properly, Water was ice cold. Room had a terrible smell. When front desk was approached was told there’s nothing we could do to accommodate you. Terrible experience. Will not visit again or recommend.

Bed was hard as can be. All you smell in hall way was ****. Not all outlets in room worked. Light fixtures had duct tape on them. People was so loud. Q

My stay was very comfortable and the whole Hotel is very clean. The staff made me feel welcome as well was friendly. I'm looking forward to another stay.

The only reason I gave them a second Star was for how polite the front desk was when in I cancelled my second night's stay and asked for a different room for the first night because it was so late. It definitely wasn't because of the empty liquor bottles behind the bed, the amount of dust and dirt built up in all corners of our room, not for the fridge not working, handprints on the mirrors, and by no means was it for the already used and spit out globs of toothpaste on the bathroom sink.

First room was dirty and toilet wasn't bolted to the floor. Second room had a broken safety door lock and the nightstands had come unbolted from the wall so they drooped and things slid off of them. Shower head leaked so bad that half the water poured out the sides.

Staff was horrible. Does not offer breakfast as claimed. My child found a crack pipe behind the bed and staff did nothing to better the situation. Bed was comfortable.
