Fab hotel - amazing location. Our room was great with the terrace looking out to the mountains. Fab value for money and would stay again.

Absolutely loved Fornalutx and the village, the hotel was so peaceful and quiet and was lovely to be away fro the crowds of Palma. Totally recommend a couple of nights.👌

Absolutely stunning area! We had the chapel suite and it was so romantic!!! Communication was a bit challenging but other than that, an absolutely beautiful place to stay!

The location was great and the town is beautiful, the only disappointing thing is that the pool area looked way bigger in the photos and it’s actually very small, and there is a petition now that has been put up which means you cannot see the beautiful hills outside

Bea on reception was very helpful and very nice. The room we had booked had a clear door to the bathroom. That may be ok for some people but the lack of privacy is simply not acceptable so I asked for another room. The next room had no door at all to the bathroom! Bea helpfully showed us one more, which was bigger and ok, but €30 per night more. We took it as there were no other hotels nearby with availability. The room would sometimes smell of sewage. The room was unfinished, with cables hanging out of the wall in the bathroom, although not dangerous as long as you didn’t pull them out I guess. The builders started up at 1700 for 2 hours one day but judging from other reviews, we got off light. However, the building works left a lot of dust on the worn-out carpet. No doubt it will all be nice when it’s finished, although the plasterboard walls ensure there’s lots of noise from other rooms. The photos of the pool are completely misleading as it’s no more than a plunge pool in the breakfast area. All in all, I should have booked C’an Verdera. More expensive but you get what you pay for. The best thing about this hotel without a doubt is the front of house cat. She is so cute.

We have spent 7 nights here and have loved our stay for us it was fantastic. It is an old building so no lift and lots of stairs which would not be great for those with mobility issues. Our room was a good size very comfortable bed a fridge and a good bathroom we had the added bonus of an outside terrace. On the lowest level is the patio with tables and chairs and a small wonderful cooling pool. There is an honesty bar a bit expensive but also free water, breakfast is included bread meat and mini croissants. Do not expect room service it is a small hotel that allows it's guest to relax with no fuss. We would recommend it

A very likable hotel, with a couple of issues;
Our room (#3 on the Ground Floor) did not have any wardrobe facilities (as per June 2022). Had to put our suitcases on the extra third bed, and live out of them.
Quiet street outside, no problem with noise from street. However, noise from lobby area right outside of room when guests were returning at night, and also "step sounds" from people walking in room above ours (on the 1st floor).

Waking up to a chorus of birdsong, throwing open the floor length doors to a view of orange and olive groves, against the backdrop of mountains - there is nothing better to start the day.
Next, breakfast on the terrace and time to plan your day.
The receptionist, Bea, was extremely helpful and so friendly.
We loved Fornalutz and look forward to coming back.

Really peaceful quiet hotel. Lovely knowledgeable receptionist, very welcoming. Pity the weather was not so good.
