Residence Inn Fort Collins

Bugs in room(like moths), dirty and rusted dishes, unclean room, ETC. There were no sheets for pullout couch and when we tried to call room service we get no answer. We had to eventually go down and talk to them and the staff is VERY rude. I have never had an experience as bad as this in a hotel. Pool is also out or service and online it showed it was in-service. Ruined my vacation to Colorado.

This was the first time staying at a Residence Inn Marriott ..I was a bit disappointed. We arrived late I found food crumbs on the pull out sofa and garbage in the trash can. It was to late to do anything about it. The free breakfast was the run of the mill spread. The room was large with a full kitchen. I found the garbage disposal did not work. I called the front desk they said maintenance would handle it. It remained inoperable for my 1 week stay. Room service is provided every 4 days. Two days into our stay the carpet near the AC closet was soaked-they provided a large drying fan. They mentioned a possible room change but due to my schedule for the week I was unable to move. All in all the room was marginally ok, the breakfast was meager . The location was good and the staff friendly.

The hospitality at this hotel was the best. Traveling with kiddos, we needed some extra blankets, towels and pillows, all of which were happily supplied to us. My son has a wheat allergy, and they found something every morning that was safe for him to eat, heating it up and checking ingredient lists for me. We enjoyed the pool while there as well. My kids were sad to leave.

Cleanish at best. The room could use a remodel and a good vacuuming. The bed was average but the pillows were like marshmallows👎. The fitness center as 2 treadmills, an elliptical and some dumbbells (2-5’s, 2-10’s, 1-15, 1-20 & 1-25). The shower had good water pressure but tried to shower at night and had no hot water, water was hot both mornings though. I would not stay here again.

Back again and we love it just as much as last year. The grounds are immaculate outside and everything works inside — thanks to people like Engineer Eber, who is a master of fixing whatever needs attention. In our case, it was just getting a window to stay open (and they are screened for a wonderful breeze at night). Fitness room has some weights, couple machines, towels, doctor’s scale and a water fountain. Laundry room on the 2nd floor is $2 wash (30 mins) and $2 dry (45 mins), both very large capacity. There is coffee in the lobby a bit before the start of breakfast (6:30 weekdays, 7 weekends), which includes a different hot item each day along with scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt cups, oranges/bananas, bagels, breads and juices. Start with the staff here, they are just as friendly and helpful as can be (somebody must be paying them top-dollar because everyone here is so cheerful, even at dawn). Breakfast is a nice spread: strawberries/bananas/oranges… scrambled eggs and sausage, as well as a different egg-type sandwich each day… tasty bagels and breads… oatmeal… individual yogurt cartons… 2% milk in cartons and self-serve coffee in the lobby slightly before breakfast (6:30 weekdays, 7 weekends). Laundry room has 2 washers, 2 dryers ($2 each). Fitness room has some free weights (although to the mystery of all, somebody apparently took one 15-pounder home as a souvenir), couple machines and a doctor’s scale. Loads of towels for indoor pool/jacuzzi. We were fortunate enough to get the massive (765’) 2-bedroom (King, Queen)/2-Bathroom (tubs in each) Suite with an oven and screened windows that open for a breeze. Very safe parking surrounds the property. This hotel really should be No. 1 in all of Fort Collins. Nicely done, GM Patty and your fantastic team!

My family stayed here two nights this week while in Ft. Collins. The convenience of having two bedroom suites is nice, but the decor and furnishings seemed very old. We were on the second floor and could clearly hear other guests above and below our room.
