酒店沒有電梯，拿箱子上下樓有點不方便，但交通很方便，就在海邊，風景很好

The location is perfect the room is spacious and clean and comfortable. Serge is a great host and my husband who comes from Dominica says Serge is the best! he is goin back soon and i look forward to returning!

I had asked to reserve a car and it has not be made
And ******* write me i should have a réduction
And thé hôtel explain me they have not thé possibility to reserve a car
So ******* gave me false explain when i rent thé hotel

Curved stairs unsafe with luggage as no elevator and no assistance from staff.

Very ideal location on the BayFront, close to restaurants, shopping centres, tourist sites and the park, the ferry terminals and the tram.
With regards to the actual property, the room was not cleaned properly and not adequately stocked eith toiletries. There isn't a refrigerator or hot cup in the room either. Also, there isn't a lift and the rooms start from the 2nd floor, therefore you will have to climb a minimum of 3 sets of stairs to get to your room.. with your luggage.

It was great but I think we could have done with a kettle in the room. Apart from that everything was fine

This place is in horrific condition. It was like staying in abandoned building. I checked out after one night with no refund. There are sevetal very good altetnstives nearby. Dont ruin a visit to FDF by stsying here
