This is probably the worst “hotel” I’ve ever stayed at. This is more of a hostel. First off there were blood stains on all the sheets and pillows. The hotel only cleaned the towels twice during our week and a half stay, there is no peep hole which is honestly just a safety precaution, the toilet in our room was leaking brown liquid, there is no screen on the showers so the water goes everywhere, the hallways smell like ****, the doors barely lock. In addition, one of my friends was knocking on her door room and a man came out of his room and started harassing her for being to loud, and almost got physical with her before yelling at her and then leaving. Then when she went downstairs the front desk told her a client made a noise complaint and when she told him it was just her knocking and this guy was about to lay her hands on her the front desk said “well it’s your fault because you were being too loud. There is water damage on the doors, bugs everywhere, and more. This place is horrible, the breakfast is bad and the employees are incredibly rude.

Liked the staff and the included breakfast.
If the sliding doors had screens on them it would have been even better

My fellow travelers that wrote that this hotel is too far from everything and that you need a car to enjoy Martinique are completely wrong..!
Buses are available and 2 minutes walk from the hotel.
Cheap rides to Fort-De-France from where you can take the ferry or other buses to different corners of Martinique.
No need for a car and the stress to drive in narrow roads!
What makes "Le Centre International de Sejour" (CIS) a great option is the amazing staff -without exception- that are very helpfull and professional.
Breakfast is great with healthy choices and included in the price.
The hotel serves also lunch and dinner.
I highly recommend this hotel.
However, if you are looking for a resort with amenities, Le CIS is not the best choice.

friendly staff! nice breakfast is included, and there is cafeteria-style dinner option to purchase if you want. close to marina. area felt safe. some rooms have nice view of the city. there are two buses that run about hourly (#211 and 31) to the centre of town--but you have to buy a transit card at the main downtown terminal (no cash fares)

The hostel is one of the best I have stayed. The room was large, as well as the bathroom. The furnitures were very convenient end, finally, the cafeteria was terrific. The breakfast was gorgeous.
