Nice, but I feel bad, I let my friends family have the room and they trashed it, but all and all, they were definitely natives, struggling to smile and be nice aye, aho brothers, good bear claw, and always cigarettes in the ash tray for the less fortunate

After many room changes due to problems (no A/C, no telephone, hot tub full of cold water), we were finally moved to a beautiful suite. Thanks to Tammy, she was very accomodating. This suite we had was the most comfortable bed and pillows ever! You could actually live in this suite short term! The coffee machine wasn't working, so Tammy had a new one sent upstairs. Jeremy at the front desk was also friendly and accomodating. We enjoyed our stay a the Shoshone BAnnock Hotel and will definitely stay here again! Thank you, Tammy and Jeremy!

The fire alarm went off at 4am they made everyone get out and even after the fire fighters cleared it as a false alarm they waited to let us back in. We could not go back to sleep and let front desk know. No discount and even worse no apology for the inconvenience.

The floors were filthy in the room. 2 hr wait for restaurant. Food was greasy. They threw my glasses away instead of calling my #. Would not recommend this facility to anyone. They have 4 eating places but only one open and completely unstaffed Sad

The a/c will not cool off your room. So hot I couldn't sleep. I would not recommend this place to anyone. In my book I should of drove another 40 min to get a hotel I could of slept comfortably in. In the end over priced room that I got the worst sleep on this trip.

Nice room, great bed. Weird alcohol rules: no alcohol allowed on ****** floor, and single bar was smoky. Sports grill only restaurant open on Thurs night other than deli. It has beer and wine, but was not listed on the menu. Food there was good. Avoid the breakfast burrito from the deli--cold and had some bone chips.

The bed is so comfortable! The pillows are so comfortable too! All the front desk staff are great! Tammy went above and beyond to help me get a room over Memorial weekend watching for a cancellation. I got a great nights sleep. I would recommend this hotel!

This place is amazing!! No cap. Alexander (Alex) was very polite at the front, he took good care of us. The atmosphere is warm, it's so so clean everywhere. ****** floor is one of the best, you cannot get lost. Or room was gorgeous! Definitely coming back

Jasmine and Lisa did a great job helping get myself and my team checked in. They were so nice and helpful. Their customer service was excellent.
