環境不錯，就是早上飛機五點到酒店等到中午才能checkin，附近沒有什麼餐廳希望酒店裡多開餐廳

The front desk staff and the concierge were so friendly with smiles and nice small talk! I thoroughly enjoyed the premise and the amenities. Very cool, clean and very trendy. Just stayed a week at Fontainebleau and this room was way nicer! For 145.00/night with a super comfortable bed to sleep in before my AM flight across the street at FLL. This place is a must if you need a hotel room.

I was happy that even that I arrived late, the staff was ready and happy to serve us. It was just an overnight sleep to my flight home but it was worth it. First time staying with your company but surely won't be the last. Thank you

I like the pool area and how it overlooks the city. I like that this property is close by the beach. I didn’t like that there were no microwave in the room and no free parking. I like that you have to use your key card to access each floor in the hotel.

I had a situation with valet parking, where there was no valet attendant for over 45 minutes. I ended up having to go to the front lobby twice to see what was going on because I had to pick up someone from the airport. The front desk attendant didn't know what to do and gave me the option to look inside the casket box of keys and figure out which was mine and I left

Appreciate the cleanliness of the brand new hotel and the rooftop pool looks nice. Unfortunately, we waited over an hour for a shuttle that never returned after shutting the door in our faces and left me with my elderly mother in the Florida sun. I attempted to call and use the in-app chat but received no responses so we took an Uber. Desk acknowledged there was a “problem with the shuttle” but nothing beyond that.
Room layout is awkward. What’s the target demographic for travelers requesting separate beds but no privacy or door for the all glass shower?

Great place to stay, liked the easy access to pool, beach, shops, and restaurants. Quiet but not far from the fun.

Rooms were exceptionally small , ok for 1 night .
Pool was very small . Bar was not open .
Being on 2 main roads it was very noisy in the room and air conditioning was noisy too.
Very clean rooms .

Love that there is designated smoking area on 2nd floor balcony. Did not like the street view and noisy traffic from balcony.
