**** you I tried to add someone to my reservation at the day told me to do it like that and got played I would never book from this site again very unprofessional keep saying something about a third-party

The room I stayed in was clean and tidy, and nothing out of expectation happened during my 1-night stay. One thing I would like to compliment Best Western is that their shuttle service to the Fort-Lauderdale International Airport runs 24 hours while many other hotels in the area run their first daily shuttle at 5 am. The only thing I needed to do was to make an appointment for the pick-up time at the entrance.

This place is great and the front desk guy was awesome! The young kid with the short dreads!!!! Breakfast was great! Very welcoming place!

房間有股味道，應該是地毯的味道； 最不能接受的是：房間的Wi-Fi基本是沒有信號，出差沒有網絡是啥概念啊？？？？ 最後衹能抱着電腦在酒店大堂辦公…………

Check-in was unpleasant. We seemed more like an inconvenience than guests. We arrived well later than the check-in time but our room wasn't ready. I won't stay at this location again although I've stayed at many best western hotels. We had two rooms. They were fine.

Mediocre hotel but fine and convenient for 1 night pre cruise stay.
Noisy aircon all night. Very noisy bathroom fan. Simple breakfast included.
Very useful shuttle service to cruise terminal.
