Unfriendly staff, rooms not ready on arrival as late as 4pm, great views but poorly equipped (not enough light in the room, one of the few lamps was defunct, bats and restaurants overpriced, no breakfast before 7am

Overall decent stay. A lot of random fees! Wish we could’ve seen mermaid show on 12/16 but was cancelled due to weather. Still waiting on a call back for a refund for the $138 I paid for the show

I had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel front office manager even upgraded my room because I felt like the other one had been smoked in. The staff in general is very friendly and professional. The valets were awesome and quick, quick quick. On top of the incredible service the oceanfront location and pool cannot be beaten. B Ocean was beautiful

The staff was not helpful and asked many of the staff where to get towels and toys for the beach and nobody knew. We couldn't check in until 4 pm and could not find a concierege anywhere. The room was dirty. There were stains on the sheets.
The only helpful staff were the gentelmen at baggage. Wont be back there. Only positive was it was on the beach. Paid a resort fee for a place that made you feel like a hassle to be staying there.

Other than the fact that our carpet was definitely not vacuumed before we arrived or ever during our stay it was a very nice resort for the price

Stay was decent. Service by staff was great. Room was very spacious. Bed was okay, pillows too soft. Shower half glass door design is horrible. Backside/ocean side of bldg was bit noisy bc buses & large vehicles & car alarms going off in section though semi-good view of ocean. Naked Crab restaurant okay. Stayed at Marriott next door after & B Ocean paled in comparison.

I feel like B Ocean wants to be “luxury” but it’s lacking. Everything seems like the renovations were just lip stick on a pig. The rooms are worn out and the staff is not super friendly. We booked here because they are a partner with Disney Cruise Lines and we stayed here before and after our Disney cruise. However the hotel really isn’t very kid friendly. Limited dining options with no kids menus. And they have the “wreck bar” with mermaid shows that is 21 and the kids can’t attend! I would not recommend spending the money for this place. In my opinion spend a bit more and stay at the Marriott next door!
