Place was clean and staff was great.
We wished they had complimentary breakfast as the the price for avocado toast was $15.

I attempted to confirm by phone multiple times, no answer. Tried to call operator while staying there several times with no luck
Tried calling the bistro several times again ni answer. Towels were old and rough, also bedding is pretty worn
I’ve stayed at this Hotel several time because it is close to where I work, you guys got some updating to do.

The hotel is very nice. The people at the front desk were helpful especially one man. Our airplane was late and we didn't get to the hotel until 9:30. I had asked for a king deluxe room with a balcony and paid for that room in advance. When we got there, all the king rooms had been given away so we ended up with two beds. The next day I asked for the king room I had paid for and they were able to give us that room for the next two nights.

This hotel wasn't just a place to stay, it was a modern escape! From the moment I stepped in, I was enveloped by the chic, brand-new atmosphere and sparkling cleanliness. Even the TV welcomed me by name, like a VIP at a private getaway.
Speaking of VIP treatment, the Fiji water in the room instantly upped the hotel vibes. Let's talk about the BISTRO! I'm a cheesecake connoisseur, and theirs is hands-down the best I've ever tasted. Seriously, if you stay here, DO NOT miss that cheesecake. It's a life-changing experience disguised as dessert.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations on every level. It was comfortable, stylish, and full of delightful surprises (like that heavenly cheesecake!). If you're looking for a modern oasis with a touch of luxury (and an epic dessert), look no further. Insta DM sofiyarosa_ if you know the cheesecake source!

The bed sank in the middle, there was a good on the floor of the room and the bathroom floor was dirty

The property is dated and has some quirks. Chipped paint and very loud flushing toilets. The staff was excellent, very friendly and constantly cleaning and checking in with guests.
