Hôtel très propre bien qu’un peu vieillot. Le personnel est très aimable, une navette gratuite est proposée pour aller à l’aéroport. Commerces à proximité si vous avez faim bien qu’il y ait de quoi grignoter à l’hôtel.

Was told when booking shuttle would be a few minutes when we landed and was told shuttle would be forty minutes. We had to pay 60 dollars for transportation. We had two young children and didnt get in till 9:15

There should be more information that this is an no amenity hotel. It is not convenient for a single senior citizen.

The check in went extremely smoothly. Was able to check in early. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely professional. Very patient, informative, and answered all our questions. He was definitely top notch.

We called ahead for the free 24\7 airport shuttle, and waited an hour for a ride, just to find out they overbooked the shuttle and had no room for at least 8 others that had also been waiting for a ride to the hotel. Very annoying that it was 1.5 hours until we were able to finally get an UBER to the hotel well after midnight.

Front desk was friendly and helped with shuttles to the port in the morning. Convenient location. Would definitely return.

Do not stay at this property pre-cruise! Very few amenities and dirty sheets. With exception of Marc (who was spectacular) the staff isn’t very helpful. Pay a little more and stay at a nicer place.

It did the job! Good value near the FLL airport. Free laundry is convenient and has a gym. My room had a full kitchen as well. Though I didn’t have time to use the kitchen… it was nice to have.
