Close to cruise port and good customer service. The hotel rooms are very dated and need a face lift especially at 425.00 a night

I stayed here prior to departing in a cruise. This is a wonderful hotel and a wonderful location. The front desk staff was kind and courteous, the daily happy hour was excellent along with the hot daily breakfast offered downstairs in the center of the hotel. The breakfast was “cook to order” when it came to eggs and other breakfast items - all of which were delicious. This hotel is also convenient to Publix supermarket along with a ton of other shops and restaurants. Close to the FLL airport - less than ten minutes, and about a five minute drive to the Port Everglades cruise port. I will definitely be staying here again when leaving out of FLL on a cruise. Job well done!

This was an excellent hotel to stay at prior to my cruise. I stayed here as part of a three night pre-cruise extended stay. The hotel has an excellent happy hour from 5:30-7 PM along with a great hot “cook to order” breakfast in the main lobby/middle of the hotel. I also ate dinner at the bar two nights in a row and I wokld like to give a shout out to the bartenders Amy and Ramona who did a great job serving me AND keeping up with the demand of customers around me. This hotel is also conveniently located near Publix supermarket - just two blocks away - along with a wide array of other restaurants and shops that are handy before going on a cruise. I will for sure be coming back here again before going on my next cruise out of Port Everglades.

Checked in after a cruise and was allowed to check in early for not additional charge. Weather was cool, but pool area was nice. Many restaurants within walking distance of this property.

This is an old building with not enough elevators and the rooms are old with bad connections. Wi fi was not good always had to log back in. Room smelled old not worth 433 with tax!

Staff friendly and competent. Decor dark and gloomy, but clean. Room facing the main street was quiet. Expensive price, but comparable to nearby properties. Free breakfast was good.

They switched my room at check-in, ended up across from the elevator in a room that has two TVs. Neither one of them work. Toilet kept running, very dated facility. Do not recommend.

The location is beautiful. The area needs to be cleaned. The property needs to be updated and thoroughly cleaned. Staff is super friendly and helpful
