İncelemem biraz geç oldu ama kocam ve ben 2 çocuğumuzla birlikte W'de kaldık ve harika bir deneyim yaşadık. Temmuz ayının son haftası oradaydık. 8 gün kaldık. Otel güzel, çok lüks. Bir sürü aktivite. Check-in yaptığımız andan itibaren herkes süper güzeldi. Balkonumuzdan plajın harika manzarasını gördük. 21. katta kaldık ve katımız çok sessizdi. Odamız çok temizdi, asansörden koridorlara çıkar çıkmaz her zaman güzel kokuyordu. Otel çok temizdi. Odamıza her zaman servis yapıldı. Oda süper güzeldi. Plaja harika erişim. Vale hizmeti harikaydı, herkes süper güzeldi. Ancak oldukça pahalı olduğu için otelde yemek yemedik. Genel olarak harika bir deneyim yaşadık ve gelecekte kesinlikle W'ye geri dönecektik.

THE HOTEL DID NUMEROUS UNAUTHORISED CHARGES ON MY CARD TOTALLY $1,000!!! AND I’M STILL TRYING TO RECOVER THIS!! Watch out for the charges on your card.
Pool area tiles are dirty. Bath water is yellow!! I suggest you stay at the Hilton next door. (I did wonder why on other booking sites the review scores were low in comparison to neighbouring hotels - unfortunately I didn’t take heed!!!)

We got to the hotel to find out the main pool would be closed for august which is one of the main reasons I picked this hotel so super disappointing. Everytime we would call for issues no one would come. No cord for the Bluetooth speaker, no one came. Fridge not cold, no one came. No one serviced our room for trash and towels had to call, and once again no one came so we threw everything out in the hall until someone passing by happened to stop and do it for us. Will never stay here again!

Hard getting hot water on 24th floor.
Elevator motor was running loud all night, extremely hard to get a good nights sleep.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff, but for a 4 star hotel the beds felt like sleeping on air mattress, bathroom was small, dark and awkward and the shower was atrocious. Thinking not too much to ask for a four star hotel to install a shower head which did not painfully pelt you with water.

The elevators do not work. Then I was sent an email that they would credit me my resort fees. I have an email from the management and I did not receive the payment. They stated it would be on my visa and never came. I emailed them twice and no response. Not friendly service and it seemed I was bothering them when I stated my concerns. Never stay at this hotel ever again.
