Wonderful stay. Walked everywhere. Didn’t use the car. And the N ew River Tour boat dock right across the street.

I liked the front desk check in experience, even though we arrived early we were given a room fairly quickly.
The breakfast was not very good, the coffee was awful, bacon and toast arrived cold. The server was very pleasant but the breakfast that first morning deterred us from eating at the hotel again.

Nice hotel, only issue we found is the aircon in the whole building was set very cold. Walking through reception and up to the room we needed jumpers but apart from that its a great hotel, staff were helpful and very centrally located to everything we wanted to do

In the heart of everything. We especially enjoyed the private pool area and watching the yachts go up and down the river.

The best location, need better pillows and a real coffee pot also the a/c did not get cold enough the hall did!

Great location. Nice amenities. We left a phone there after departing and Laura went above and beyond to get it back to us after we left town. Would definitely stay there again.
