Wonderful stay. Walked everywhere. Didn’t use the car. And the N ew River Tour boat dock right across the street.

Staff was super friendly, hotel in a great location. Had breakfast in the restaurant, suburb service & tasty foods! First time and will be back!

Great place to stay before you board a ship for any major cruise lines. Lots of dining venues close by.

Excellent position at top of Las Olas and right on the New River. Beautiful heated pool. Ok it’s not on the beach but you can take a free shuttle if you want the ocean.
Nice rooms with a bit of character - about to get a revamp I believe. Excellent breakfast - very reasonably priced. Great happy hour.
Good restaurants nearby and river walk for a bit of exercise.
It’s not cheap but no worse than other hotels in the area and much the nicest

This was the 2nd time we stayed here. First time we were in the newer renovated building - comfortable, quite, great stay. This time we were in the other building. The TV remote didn't work the whole time. When it did, the channels kept changing and finally we just had to turn it off by the button on the tv. This time guests were loud in the halls.

Super location, friendly, helpful staff. Room furniture needs updating, very comfortable bed. Ask for a room that is not on the second floor across from the stairway doors. We had room 216 and were awakened at 1, 2,3 am by very loud partying voices…

The rooms were just so dated and small. The elevator was out because the had afire alarm earlier in the day. We waited about a half hour for them to fix it. We keep asking where the stairs were and nobody seem to know. I wouldn't stay again.
