We were told when we booked cars were allowed and the manager told us they weren't even though they charged me 53 dollars 3 times for one car without my permission

Great location for our travels. Very clean. Lacked coziness in the room. Breakfast was very nice! Staff,friendly and helpful!

We have stayed there before and not much change. The ground floor rooms are cold because they are on the slab; however, these are the only ones available for people with pets.

Everything was clean and had a great continental breakfast. It was the best I've seen for the price since the pandemic...

The staff were extremely pleasant and happy to help. The concerns I do have, is that there were two broken out car windows sitting in the parking lot. The comforter in the room had a big yellow stain and rips in it. There was a roach I found in the room as well. But other than those concerns, the bathroom was clean, there were plenty of towels, and all appliances were spotless.

I was VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE Room, shower, tub didn't drain reported to morning manager was not fixed still doesn't drain. Had roaches in the roo. And i had no food in the room. No dresser to put you close in. Mirror was not convenient to put makeup on, if i could have canceled i would have gone somewhere else

Noticed thumb-sized roaches in the room. Reported to front desk with no response and no cleaning of room on the following day.

There was roaches, the tub still had hair in it, a dirty sock was left in the floor from previous guest, and the breakfast was supposed to be until 10 and it was gone by 9:20.

Hotel was very clean. Our room was very nice ,very clean. Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast each morning was an additional bonus , it was very good. I would stay again
