We've stayed here before on our trip to Durango. The hotel is always clean and our room was quiet and comfortable. The staff is friendly and they always serve a great hot breakfast.

Great things-customer service, cleanliness, breakfast was good, they even had blueberry waffles and a Nescafé coffee machine so I could get a latte. The no so great things, walls are definitely thinner than I’d like, and our bed was way firmer than I like. Overall, I’d stay again for sure.

All of the staff were very friendly and the room was spotless. Excellent breakfast too. This is my new favorite chain of this type of hotel.

Clean, friendly staff. Comfortable beds / pillows. Clean pool and HOT hot tub - great breakfast!!

Pros:
The property was nice and clean. The staffs are great in communication.
Cons:
The elevator in the building runs super slow. It annoys me. The temperature of the room I stayed was hot before I fell sleep. But in the midnight, it got cold. The comforters were thin there. I spent that night little uncomfortable

This place is very nice and has very nice amenities. Money is worth it for this place. I would highly recommend it.

Rooms are good sized and most importantly have good comfortable beds.
We were informed at check in that breakfast ended at 9:00 am but we went hungry when we showed up at 8:20 am to be told breakfast hours ended at 8:00 am. Who shuts off breakfast at 8 am?

Super clean, comfortable hotel. I did hear trucks on highway so a room on the non highway side would have been better. But this is a great hotel.

We had traveled most of the night and was thankful for an early check in so that we could shower and nap before our family gathering. The staff was helpful, friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast the next morning was delicious (green chili especially). The room exactly as requested. Thank you!!
