My major complaint is with ******* falsely advertising a hotel with pool and hot tub only to find out that neither is in operation and have been in renovation since Nov 23.
What makes it worse is ******* knew of this as they had been advised in writing by the hotel.
******* falsely represented this product offering and have charged full price without discount or explanation. This is not the first time ******* has done this but it will be my last booking with *******.

Recently redone updated and looks great. Pool still getting renovated : was able to use pool across street at another Hilton.

We chose this hotel for the hot tub and pool, but didn’t find out until after check in that both were down for construction. We were on the third floor, which smelt terrible in the hallway. The breakfast staff were not very nice to guests. However, the person who checked us out was very friendly and provided excellent customer service!

The showers were not working properly. Only 2 shower heads was spraying limited quantities of water. Also didnt like the fact that the wash basin was outside the bathroom
