We were visiting my son for parents weekend at FGCU. The location was excellent. The price was higher than when we moved him in. The breakfast left a little to be desired. The room was clean.

We liked the extra space of a suite, the bedroom was especially spacious. Pool area was nice and the bingo & dinner were a unique touch on Wednesday night. All employees were pleasant. Liked proximity to the airport. Would come back.

While it was clean and the beds were comfortable, there were many unappealing things: one rickety, loud elevator for the whole place, the pool was basically in a parking lot, the dining room was just an open area in the lobby with not nearly enough chairs and tables to accommodate everyone for breakfast, the room decor was mediocre, the windows could not be opened (and there was a smell of cleaning products and damp in the room), and my 96 year old mother had trouble navigating the tight bathroom areas.

Clean, very good service, updates should happen on the room we used. No gluten free breads at breakfast buffet.

Very nice hotel. Staff did great and the breakfast was awesome. Gym was available but spartan. It would be nice to have a few more weight training gear. Pool felt heated and was comfortable in florida winter.

This is what a Homewood Suites hotel should aspire to be. Excellent customer service, very clean halls and room. Comfortable bed. Good location to the airport and shuttle starts at 4 am.
