Extremely expensive for such a low quality hotel. Breakfast was awful. They ran out of fruit at 6:30 am, just 30 minutes into the service. The room felt tired and old. The AC unit was loud and poorly functioning. The room and hallways had a musty smell. Only one slow elevator which was extremely far from our room. Staff was friendly enough but overall not a pleasant experience.

We enjoyed our stay. Check in was quick & easy. Staff was always pleasant. Our room was spacious, clean, updated decor & quiet. The location was perfect for us - convenient to restaurants & ballparks (Twins & Red Sox).

The hotel is old and needs some updating. Things were not in great shape. No outdoor areas to sit outside other than a picnic table in the back of the hotel.

It was clean and comfortable. Near the airport and major highways. Met our objectives but not a place you would likely stay for a period of time

The room was clean and comfortable. The shuttle driver was out sick, but an Uber was arranged for us from the airport, which was much apprciated.

This hotel met all of my expectations regarding cleanliness, being well kept with quiet,spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Having free shuttle service to nearby RSW was a plus in choosing this hotel. Be aware that it does not run after 10pm. There is a free breakfast area but Cracker Barrel located next door is the better choice. I arrived late(1am) for check in due to flight delays and had to purchase transportation to the hotel. The late night staff was accommodating but not friendly. Daytime staff was very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Shuttle driver to the airport upon departure was annoyed and seemed to express that in her driving manner. All in all I would recommend this hotel but it is over priced.

The shuttle drivers and desk staff were lovely. The shuttle seats were stained and dirty. The room was clean.

The location was perfect for our plans. The front desk person that was there when we arrived was a very polite and welcoming young lady!
