Blood on the mirror in the washroom,
One towels fill of blood,seemed to be dryed on and washed that way

We unfortunately arrived when there was a sporting event for kids. It was very noisy and we had to conplain to the front desk. When checking out we were dismissed and not even asked how our stay was. Pillows were horrible and it was 25 degrees in our room when we arrived.

Hotel needs some maintenance. It’s ok for cleanliness but could use a deep scrub.
My room was missing it’s smoke detector and the gym is terrible. Most of the gym equipment out of service for some lengthy time.

Staff were very helpful. Went above what we expected. Would come back when neck in Fort Saskatchewan.

We always enjoy staying at the Comfort Inn for our extended family Christmas gathering. The location is central, the staff accommodating and the facilities perfect for our needs.

Staff was extremely friendly, check in was quick, pool and hot tub the kids loved, breakfast actually had real eggs and not powdered. We did find someone else's sock and redbull under the bed in our room though. But overall great stay!
