I didn’t like the fact I wasn’t told about the incident hold of $100 . I had to spend 30 minutes with my bank trying to figure out what was wrong. If they had informed me correctly then I would’ve known and wouldn’t have went through all the trouble.
Also, the overnight clerk was very rude with me. She had no customer service and was rude with me about an incident that happened during my stay. Very unprofessional however, the hotel itself was very nice,clean and quiet. It had a convenient lounge downstairs with a heated indoor pool.
Overall I enjoyed my stay despite the unpleasant receptionist and misunderstanding.

My reservation included a king bed with sofa there was no sofa the clerk said it was Travelocity mistake and wanted to charge me a extra fee of $20 per night I asked what was the cost of a rollaway bed $25. The charge me a $100. They blamed everything on Travelocity a simple stay $175 cost me $275 I am very disappointed

I had extended due to my business taking longer than expected. Again, nice welcoming upon entering the building. My room was clean and inviting. The establishment was again tranquil, feeling like a home away from home. For breakfast, I enjoyed a strawberry waffle with eggs and sausage. Yes, I would stay again and recommend it to family and friends.

The front desk reception was welcoming. The room was clean and inviting. I slept like a baby. The place was tranquil. The shower was spacious and warm. The breakfast was delicious. I would stay here again. Thank you, Sleep Inn & Suites, for providing me with a place of comfort.

Price was great. The room was comfortable. Highway noise was minimal. Breakfast was not as good as last time we started here and was a deciding factor when choosing this time. The hotel was not very full at all but somehow the room directly above us was also occupied. Luckily they were not too loud but just a little planning could avoid it all together.

The property is located in behind several other hotels off of the main road. It was clean and quiet. I would definitely recommend staying at this location.

Everything was great the staff was pleasant when I checked in, but the morning clerk at the desk was not so friendly. But all in all, it was a good stay. I lost an earring if found please contact me.

It was nice and clean. We just needed a bed and a shower for the night while we celebrated a night out for NYE. My one complaint was the breakfast and my in room fridge. There was not any bacon or sausage for us, and our fridge was not working. The bad of pizza rolls we brought went bad while we were gone. Nothing major, but just a nuisance since we needed food to soak up any hangover we may have had lol (we did not have any).
We will definitely stay again if we need to sleep in Lawton again. We're from Elgin, which is down the highway.
