The Bradley

Outstanding hotel…very friendly and welcoming staff, wonderful amenities, nicely cleaned, we felt very safe, and unbelievably comfortable bed! Highly recommend the Bradley to anyone staying in Fort Wayne.

This hotel was beautiful and the pictures don’t do it justice. The restaurant next to the lobby had great food and we ate there both nights. The wallpaper and furniture were so pretty too. Would definitely return.

A very nice hotel. The room was fine but not outstanding. Hot water for shower was limited.

Such an amazing place to stay. Luxury stay with good prices. The roof top bar was perfect before our event. I just wish they stayed open past 11pm. Beautiful view. In the morning we got coffee at the coffee bar (better than Starbucks!) and breakfast! Everything we needed was within walking distance. Our friends stayed at a different hotel around the corner and we were so glad we stayed at the Bradley after hearing their experience!

Beautiful property, down to every detail in terms of decor, wallpaper, and furniture. Very clean rooms and overall property. If you are from the area (I grew up here) and are familiar with Vera Bradley, this hotel definitely lives up to its story on the website. Hotel smells wonderful all throughout. Our disappointments: Awful toilet paper. We requested housekeeping for the following day upon check-in. We had to remind the staff the following morning. When we did request housekeeping, towels were left on the counter, and not folded/replaced on the racks. Some trashcans were left unlined, unlike when we arrived. Inconsistency here/lack of attention to detail. We were told to park in the Skyline Garage. What the front desk agent (African-American woman with short hair) failed to let us know upon checkin was that we would need a validated ticket. I had to ask the assistant at the garage!! Ridiculous. We went back to the front desk, and they finally gave us a validation ticket for our stay. For me, this should be automatic. A Guest comes into the property to check in, and you provide them with all parking instructions INCLUDING the parking ticket pass for the garage, especially considering the garage is a block away. On Friday morning, we requested towels/housekeeping and the gentleman in a suit jacket at the front desk gave us some sarcastic remark about how they were out ... but he was just joking. We weren't really in the mood for sarcasm after the parking issue. I'm not sur

Our room was both spacious AND cleaned. Making our stay inviting. Love how you cannot hear noise coming in from the other rooms. Highly recommend this place!
