We showed up at 3 AM to check in and they sold our room!!!!!!!!! Terrible service. He said he was not going to hold our room because it was too late.

The door to my room did not close and latch. There was no way to engage the dead bolt show. So to enter my motel room. All I had to do was push the door open no key needed.

Very clean room. Clean bathroom. Negatives: refrigerator didn't work, clerk kept promising to replace...never did. I had to make trips to the ice machine.
Bathroom had a horrid odor, couldn't find the source, bathroom was immaculate.

Was not even allowed to check in because they over booked even though I made a reservation

ended up with pneumonia while i was there. had 2 asthma attacks in one day and had to call paramedics twice. after the second time the manager told me i had to leave and had 30 mins to be out, because having the paramedics there made his hotel look bad. manager also stated i wouldnt get a refund for my remaining 3 days due to no fault of my own

Breakfast selection consisted of waffles and white bread slices and coffee. Room was not in good repair.

Random people hanging out in the parking lot. In their cars. Breakfast was waffles and coffee or juice.
Under remodeling the place so it’s not neat. Should be better in the long run

Hotel looks clean from outside, well lit parking lot. Best location! Front door faces fhe backs of an ihop & Texas Roadhouse, an large conveinet store/gas station an direcrly behind is a waffle house & several stores. Literally everything walking distance! Hotel is being renovated which I did not mind. Check in & check out was a breeze! Room was muggy but ac turned on an cleared that quick, beds were very comfortable! Bathroom was clean. It was a quick stay just one night. Felt safe with our kids. Breakfast was coffee juices an Tx shaped waffles. Will stay again!
