Of all the hotels I stayed at this one was by far the cleanest. Front desk staff was nice.

Have stayed with this chain before. Average hotel at a good price. Had second floor room and could hear the people walking in the room above me….they were pacing…??

The room was spacious & clean. The staff was so kind & considerate!
The first night there was a school bus of kids staying next door & above us. They were noisy & extremely loud! I called at 10pm & was told they would take care of it. I think about 3am, they went to bed...

Single night stay. Entire room smelt like an old chain smoker’s house. Couldn’t open window to air out, even tried bringing the car’s air freshener inside and didn’t help.

Fantastic! Spacious room, newly remodeled. Very comfortable beds and linens. Friendly staff. Cookies at check in! Great breakfast.

The room was cold we turned the thermostat up to 75 but it never went over 69 stayed mainly at 65. They looked at us funny when we asked for a crib or pack and play. The breakfast was less than appealing. The yogurt was really sour, eggs tasted like yucky water. But when we checked in the staff was friendly, rooms were very clean, breakfast attendant was kind she was also the only one around when we checked out. We only had 2 towels for the 4 of us and no one was around to ask for anymore. Beds were on the hard side but for the cost it was decent and very clean.

The area didn't feel exactly safe. When my husband called ahead of time to ask if there have been problems with theft in the parking lot he was told yes. It was also very noisy. Seemed like you could hear everything. As for cleanliness of the room, I question how well it was cleaned. We had crumbs in one of the chairs that we had to wipe off before sitting down. There was also a dice sitting on the floor. Just makes you wonder how well they clean it. On a positive note, the shower had good water pressure, but the tub was very squeaky with every movement.

The hotel was average. Jacqueline at check in was rude, pretty much threw a single key card and didn’t say or explain anything. The hotel itself was okay, nothing special, the floors transfer a lot of noise so I could hear the stomping of the person upstairs. Breakfast was average, again nothing special.

Super clean, both employees assisted us professionally and very friendly! The room was nice, with a small balcony, and very clean. Totally enjoyed our stay. Location was also great as our visiting points with the Stockyards (about 20mins), Dickies Arena (like 10) and Buccees (also 20ish mins)b!
