I booked this hotel for my girls who were going to a concert in the Fort Worth area. They said this hotel was clean, very nice, and in a prime location next to the lake. They definitely enjoyed their stay so much that they booked for an additional night.

Front desk representatives were amazing. They greeted upon arrival and were very helpful. Also the room was so clean and comfortable. Great place to stay.

Super. We had issues with the beds and they immediately accommodated and changed our rooms. The staff at the front desk so nice. Especially Kennedy. Will stay there again!

The lobby and breakfast area seem nice and updated. The rooms do not. The room did not feel clean. There was trash on the floor, hair in the tub and it just felt dirty. Beds need updated. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Almost made up for the stinky room. We like the idea of having a couch in a double room, but we probably won't be staying at a hyatt again. This is the second negative experience we have had with the chain.

We prepaid for a King bed / high floor. Upon arrival we were advised they didn’t have any king rooms left - the desk attendant was not able to provide any assistance - she just said oh we were busy today - not my problem. A double bed doesn’t compare to a king! We reserve king because it is our preference - I expect to get what was already paid for.

Great location, clean hotel, friendly staff, delicious breakfast included! Rooms are large with separate living area, work space and bar space. Love this hotel!!
