No sidewalks for pedestrians. You’re essentially walking on the roads with vehicles. Unsafe. Concierge would also call several times for timeshares and then they would charged you for local phone calls or calls that they make to your room.

Really enjoyed my weekend with the family. Trip.com made my check in easy and saved me $800. This resort was clean and I felt at home

The two bedroom family suite was amazing. We had plenty of room, great views and the price was much better than staying at a Disney hotel. Would highly recommend. The only thing I would like them to change for next time is for them to provide softer bed sheets and king size pillows on the king size beds. The pillows we got were like throw pillows and the sheets were very scratchy.

Liked that it had ALL the amenities. But it was almost too big, we spent a lot of time driving to different sides of it. Registration would have been easier too if our cards had worked the first time.

Stayed from 3/9 to 3/14. The Orange Lake HIVC Resort was a blast. Stayed in West Village in 2 bedroom condo. Condo was clean and had plenty of room for 7. Location of condo was near pool and courts. West Village, North Village and River Island pools all had unique offerings and were extremely fun for the kids. Getting around property via our rental car was easy. Overall, this was a wonderful vacation and would recommend to others.

Orange Lake is a beautiful property. It was our first time and we were not given any of the necessary details such as guests are responsible for washing their own towels and taking their trash to the dumpster. I don't mind doing any of those things, it just needs to be communicated upon check-in so I know that I'm responsible before I run out of towels. The employee we spoke with was very rude and informed us that this is not a hotel and hung up. A manager did try to fix the situation, but it changed the feel of the stay considering the cost. Communication is key!

Love the parking right in front of your unit. Ask for ground floor. Got a ground floor asked to be near the pool. We weren’t really near the pool. Love the five pools.
