Excellent location, on a walkable distance to the center, Zeil, the old town, restaurants, stores and even close to the S-Bahn station "Ostendstraße" with which one you can go to the airport for about 30 minutes. The river view was spectacular, even better than showed in the photos! The apartment was very clean and tidy, everything needed was there - soap, shampoo, tea, coffee, even salt and pepper. The Housekeeping team was coming to clean the apartment 2-3 times per week. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Also, there is a restaurant in the hotel, where you can order breakfast and I believe dinner too. I would love to come back again!

We loved the location and room size of this hotel. The concierge was super friendly and helpful (you can't check in until past three and our flight arrived at 9AM) so she let us store our bags and notified us when the room was ready. The view is excellent - right over the river and into the downtown (which is a 15 minute stroll by the river). The neighbourhood has all you'll need - shops and restaurants across the street. The bathroom is large, the kitchenette was perfect and the bed was good (tbh the sheets were really hot...some sort of plastic mattress cover). But we loved it and would stay here again.

A wonderful property, large space, clean rooms with good basic necessities in the bathrooms. Great location for walking along the water and into cute neighborhoods. I’d suggest the Italian restaurant attached. We had a beautiful view of the water and sunset — made a long month of travel finish off in a relaxing manner

No complaints really, it was clean and spacious, The view was great and we loved walking along the river. The staff was friendly and pleasant. Great to walk across the street to aldii's for a few things. Towel heater never worked and this room needs a microwave.

Everything was very clean, the mattress was very comfortable. My daughter said is this our new home! She didn’t want to go home. We very enjoyed our stay! Ver friendly staff, by check in everything is neatly explained. Looking forward to visit again!

I have stayed here several times and the staff is consistently friendly, check in is so easy and every time they have made me feel so special as a guest. The location is fantastic. Right by the river with a nice park also across the street. Wonderful location to walk along the river and stop at one of the many Cafes in the area. There is an Aldi right across the street so you can pickup whatever you need or enough to cook a meal in the room as there is a nicely equipped kitchen with dishwasher, etc. There is a nice Italian restaurant onsite that is well visited by locals and guests ailke. It is a nice atmosphere with lots of windows. Although I have never eaten there, I do go and get a To Go Espresso Drink and the food looks great. There are also many restaurants in the area with an 'upscale' burger place right across the street. I have stayed in different types of rooms and they are all very nicely equipped, big windows so the rooms are nice and light and bright, very very soundproof. The Parking Garage is secure and the spots are large enough for SUVs, etc. Many garages are so tight but this one is nice and roomy and plenty of spaces reserved for The Flag guests. Lift goes right up to the reception - very convenience and at the current price of 20€, it is very reasonable as parking anywhere nearby is difficult and more expensive. Given it has delivered great quality and customer service each and every time I have stayed with really nice and super clean and equipped rooms, I highly recommend this hotel. I also recommend booking through their Website as they have the most competitive prices normally.
