The room was spacious and clean, and the location was good. However, the room lacked air conditioning and was oppressively stuffy. The staff was unable to offer any solution, like a fan. Also, the "breakfast" was a joke -- a vending machine with a voucher code that there was apparently no way to use. Don't stay here in the summer, and don't bother with the breakfast.

The good thing is that it is very close to the centre of the old town. And that it’s clean. But… now it’s warm (27 degrees celcius) the room is even more hot. And as there is no aircon, we have to keep the window open. As the street is very busy and people want to let others know how powerful their cars are, the noise is very (and I mean VERY) strong. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless it’s less than 10 degrees outside.

Overall it was a great experience. The room was spacious and even had a kitchen with pots/pans/utensils/etc. I didnt use it, but there was a laundry room on premise. I loved the keypads to enter the property and my room. My only complaint was that there were some hairs on the bed when i arrived. Everything smelled fresh and clean, so i assume it was maybe just from the person who cleaned the room before i came. Great value.

AC didn't work, but the place is quite functional. Tried to contact service but they couldn't figure it out. They couldn't unfortunately send someone sooner. I had to sleep with the window open, but it was quite loud. But the place is nice, entrance is easy. If things work, it's functional and a good place to stay

Fantastic Apartmenthouse with stylish rooms and great facilities. Modern design, comfy beds, space to work and free mini-bar. Would stay there again - great value and safe area! Operahouse, Zeil (shopping) in walking distance (10 min).

We were several people staying at the Numa, each in a separate room, with separate booking references. There is no reception in the hotel and everything must be managed online, preferably via Whatsapp. The support is efficient but only once you know the Whatsapp number. This is through it that you will get your code to access to the building, then to the room, handle the check-in and check-out. To check-in the scanning of the ID was a real pain. Apart from this, the place is very clean and comfy. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable. The breakfast is also to be ordered online and to be taken 5mns away, in a separate shop.
