Good location in Fredericksburg. Right off the main street. Price is reasonable. Hotel is a little dated but the room was cleans and had all the norms. No coffee pot.
Slightly aged which made it look a.little but dirty but overall was a nice spot.
I'd stay again.

Rooms seemed old and were hot. The fridge had a strong smell that made our food and drinks taste weird. Shower leaked all over the floor. Cereal was stale at breakfast. There are also no sidewalks, so even though you’re close to downtown, it’s not really walkable.

This is a great place to stay for the price. We are hardly in the room when we are there. No sense in spending a lot for a room. Staff is friendly and rooms are quiet and clean.

We only stayed one night, everything was great! It is an older hotel, but they have maintained it well. Good bargain!!

Room was clean and spacious. Room was basic. There’s breakfast provided but the area was tight. Generally I would stay again.

Overall everything was ok except for the beds. The beds were uncomfortable and they squeaked every time we moved. The breakfast area was small and nice but not a lot of food options. The danish I got had expired on December 13, 2023 which I did not eat.

Room was ok but the bed was like sleeping on concrete. It is obviously an older hotel which explains the price.

The property was a great value and SUPER clean.....we were very impressed! The rooms were a bit small but for the price it was fantastic. The only reason for not giving them 5 stars....the noise! We had neighbors in the other room that came back from the wineries drunk and loud almost all night long...so loid it was like they were in our room. Other than that....it was great

Someone broke into our room took a shower and left their dirty clothes . Front desk did absolutely nothing about it, just called us liars! When they in fact saw the evidence that it happened!! And when we ask for fresh towels they said you can’t have towels until the morning!!
