It was only a one night stay, it was good service. Very nice staff, location, and property. Front desk manager Penny helped a lot to understand city.

I am still awaiting my refund as I arrived at this hotel at 9.00pm and was only in room by 3:30 am because of booking compony

I love staying at crowne plaza hotel. The frontdesk are very helpful, nice, and accommodating. They never fail us to enjoy our every stay at Fredericton.

曾經在弗萊讀書，這次帶父母來自駕，住在熟悉的這家酒店。服務很好，我們半夜到的，一早就走，設施啥都沒用上，有個泳池。早餐非常好！

酒店位置沒得説，可以算是Fredericton的中心之中心。就是房間隔音不好，相鄰兩個客房之間有一個門，碰到一個喜歡喧囂無所顧忌的鄰居是旅行途中的不幸。總的來説性價比不高。

clean, quiet and accessible. but very poor staff who don’t even care to give your proper explanations, they even “forgot” to give us our breakfast card upon check in and told us we need to pay in the morning!

Love this hotel and the surrounding area! The only reason i gave it a 4 star is because,when i checked in to my room there was food residue on the microwave and the cabinet handle had something sticky on it, so i had to clean it.
